ITIL®Foundation Training

The ITIL®4Foundation Training Course provides IT Users and Managers with a practical understanding of the 34 ITSM Practices defined in ITIL 4 (i.e., 14 General Management Practices, 17 Service Management Practices, and 3 Technical Practices).  In previous ITIL versions, many of these Practices were referred to as “Processes”.  ITIL4 has taken a more holistic view and defined “Practices” which encompass processes, functions, and activities (e.g., the Incident Management Practice includes the Major Incident Process).

The ITIL4 Foundation Training is a prerequisite for all other ITIL4 courses.  It includes all courseware, an e-book and exam voucher provided by PeopleCert (the ITIL Certification Institute) as well as the 3-day training course provided by our trainers.
